Dry-Aged Program
Here at Acre we source the finest cut of meat the midwest has to offer and dry age then to develop and mature their flavor. We grill them on our custom hearth using Missouri oak, walnut and hickory. All steaks come with veal jus, choice of side and choice of sauce.-
