We dry-age all our meats in-house, carefully controlling temperature, humidity, and air circulation for optimal flavor and tenderness. Our steaks are then cooked over Missouri oak and hickory on a custom hearth, creating a smoky, flavorful experience with unmatched depth and richness. All Dry Aged steaks come with veal jus, choice of side and choice of sauce.-
