Davis attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, N.Y. Her first internship was at Bluestem, where she learned the ropes just in time to fill in for the regular pastry chef as she went on maternity leave.
After graduating from the CIA in 2018, Brooke went on to earn a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
After graduation, she worked at McClain’s in Waldo to gain experience in a scratch production bakery. She enjoyed her time at the bakery but is eager to return to the rhythms of restaurant life.
